Engineers who understand the roles they recruit for

We recruit technical talent.
We improve operations and build new markets.

We understand the client, the role and its environment because we have worked in those functions or very close to them. That experience helps us attract better, assess with sound judgement and support how the organisation and the business develop.

For engineering design teams, engineering consultancies and industrial companies that make technical quality and efficiency a competitive advantage.

What we do

Three concrete services for companies where engineering matters.

Each service solves a different problem. Together, they build teams, improve how work gets done and turn technical capability into business.

01
Core specialism

Technical recruitment

Engineers recruiting engineering and operations professionals.

We understand the requirement, make a credible case for the professional opportunity to sought-after candidates and interview against technical, human and organisational criteria. This gives us access to more talent and leads to better recommendations.

Process engineering

Organisation and efficiency

We make work visible so it can be simplified, organised and measured.

We diagnose the real operation, define processes, roles, criteria and indicators, and support implementation. When it creates value, Protofy adds the technology layer.

Technical business development

We open markets and build the structure needed to sustain them.

We can lead the initial technical-commercial development, manage implementation and combine recruitment with organisation design to create the team and processes that ultimately remain with the client.

Technical recruitment · Why we get it right

Understanding the role changes the search, the conversation and the decision.

Our recurring focus is engineering design teams and operational environments. We recognise similar challenges, ask better questions and explain the opportunity credibly to professionals who do not respond to a generic job advert.

01

Understand the client

Objectives, context, team, ways of working and the result the new hire must deliver.

02

Make the case

We translate the opportunity with technical language, honesty and arguments that matter to the candidate.

03

Search and listen

Direct search, a specialist network and conversations with both active and passive talent.

04

Assess and recommend

Engineer-led interview and a reasoned recommendation covering capability, motivation and organisational fit.

Why getting it right matters

≈80%

of annual salary can be the cost of replacing a technical professional, according to an international Gallup benchmark.

Organisation & efficiency · Process engineering

Process engineering to improve efficiency, accountability and coordination.

We go into the real operation —proposals, engineering, purchasing, warehouse, operations or administration— to understand how work, information and decisions move. First we organise the process; then we select the organisation and technology that make it sustainable.

01

AS-IS diagnosis

Interviews, observation, data and a map of the real flow to identify interruptions, rework, duplication and risk.

02

TO-BE design

Flows, decision criteria, control points and coordination between functions to define how the process should work.

03

Roles and indicators

Owners, boundaries, agreements between teams and KPIs that enable clear decisions and management.

04

Implementation

Prioritisation, pilot, hands-on support and follow-up until the new operation is sustained in day-to-day work.

Where we apply it

Warehouse and picking

Inbound and outbound flows, locations, stock, traceability, status, evidence, QR and ERP connection.

Proposals and technical sales

Classification and priority, technical validation, handovers with engineering and rules for better response.

Internal processes

Roles, approvals, handoffs, duplication, email and spreadsheets, dashboards and automation where it adds value.

Verum × Protofy

Technology with a purpose: together with Protofy, we can turn the designed process into tools, integrations and automation. Technology does not define the process; it makes it executable and traceable.

Why improvement needs a method

Technical business development · Local implementation

We open business and build the structure required to operate it.

We do more than introduce contacts. We can temporarily lead technical-commercial development, govern implementation through project management and combine organisation design with recruitment until the client has its own transferable capability.

01

Define market entry

Market, proposition, objectives and the capabilities that must exist locally.

02

Develop business

Prospecting, technical conversations, qualification and first opportunities with real market learning.

03

Project management

Scope, milestones, risks, owners and coordination across headquarters, clients, partners and the local team.

04

Build and hand over

Processes, team recruitment, operational activation and progressive transfer to the client's own structure.

Europe → Brazil

Local structure, team, processes, technical-commercial support and coordination with European headquarters.

Brazil → Spain / Europe

Operating base in Spain, recruitment, technical business development and coordination of European market entry.

Presence across Spain and Brazil. Scope is defined project by project according to sector, country and the capability required.

Why market entry needs structure

5%

of Spanish companies export, compared with 35% of high-growth companies.

Our approach

Understand before recommending.

The same principle guides all three services: understand the ground, turn it into clear criteria and provide the right capability.

01

Understand

Role, process, client, market and expected outcome.

02

Diagnose

What is holding progress back, what risk exists and what truly needs to change.

03

Act

Search, organise, represent or implement with clear accountability.

04

Verify

Deliverables, decisions and observable results; not abstract consulting.

Applied experience

Experience that connects all three capabilities.

Recruitment

Manufacturers and engineering teams

Challenge definition, direct search and reasoned recommendations for critical engineering and operations positions.

Organisation

Operational diagnosis and redesign

Review of roles and flows across sales, engineering, purchasing, warehouse and operations; design and implementation of improvements.

Business development

Technical-commercial structures

First-opportunity development, project management, local capability design, team build and handover.

Common questions

What matters before we start.

Recruitment, talent or headhunting?

The service is called Technical recruitment. Headhunting is a search method; talent is what we help the client bring into the organisation.

Do you only recruit engineers?

Our focus is engineers, managers and technical-operational professionals where understanding the function materially improves the decision.

What does Protofy add?

Technology to implement improvements once the process is understood. We do not start by selling software: we first organise the problem.

Is organisation work only a diagnosis?

No. Diagnosis identifies what is holding performance back; the work continues through process design, ownership, indicators, a pilot and implementation.

Is this only commercial representation?

No. It may include the initial technical-commercial development, but the objective is to build the client's own structure: market, project management, organisation, processes, team and handover.

Do you already work in Brazil?

Verum operates across Spain and Brazil, initially focusing on industrial companies, engineering, energy and technical services.

Can you show clients and results?

We share named references or cases when authorised. Otherwise, we explain the context and work performed on a confidential basis.

The first step

Tell us what is holding growth back today.

A critical vacancy, an organisation that has outgrown its processes or a new market. If we understand the challenge, we can tell you honestly whether we are the right partner.
